THE WINGLESS BIRD products or services to:

b)     provide information on other products and services offered by THE WINGLESS BIRD;

(only if you have voluntarily opted to subscribe to a mailing list); 

e)      create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which may be used to provide and improve THE WINGLESS BIRD services;

Where possible, THE WINGLESS BIRD will collect personal information directly from you or a person authorised to provide this information on your behalf.  This can be through the website contact form or by email. THE WINGLESS BIRD is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides THE WINGLESS BIRD with the online platform that allows THE WINGLESS BIRD to provide products and services to you.

Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications.

They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. This information is to enable communication with you, and will not be used for other purposes, we will not add you to internal mailing lists, share or sell your email address with anyone else.

THE WINGLESS BIRD retains personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with the products and services you request and as outlined above. However may be required to retain this information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements.

As such, data is generally kept for a time period of two years.

If you do not provide personal information requested of you to THE WINGLESS BIRD or, withdraw your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information at any time (subject to contractual and legal restrictions and reasonable notice), THE WINGLESS BIRD may be unable to provide you the products or services you have requested or contact you in the future.
