Our Bird will arrange a time to meet at your home, where your feline feels most comfortable. This setting allows our TWB representative to observe natural behaviours & for your little lion to acquaint themselves with a friendly face.

Icebreaker with Your Little Lion: We begin with gentle introductions, allowing your feline to approach in their own time, whether they're the curious type or prefer a more measured interaction. Each introduction is unique & set at a pace that ensures comfort & familiarity.

Detailed Information Gathering: We'll go over your cat's daily schedule, from meal times to any special requirements, noting dietary needs, medication routines & any behavioural cues that may help us tailor our approach.

2. Health & Safety Overview

As feline wellbeing is paramount, our consultations cover a thorough checklist to ensure health & safety standards are met.

Medical Background & Routine: We'll discuss any health conditions, dietary restrictions or medication scheduals & verify their vet information, ensuring we're prepared to handle anything with precision.
